Eric Meister is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with over two decades of experience specializing in asset acquisition, strategic repositioning, and comprehensive asset management. Since launching his real estate career in 2004 with the purchase of his first rental property, Mr. Meister has served as Managing Partner on a wide range of multifamily and commercial real estate projects across five states.
One of his most recent projects involved the acquisition and redevelopment of a 118-unit former motel and adjacent restaurant into a professionally managed extended-stay apartment community, now operating under a stabilized multifamily model. Mr. Meister continues to oversee daily operations, including leasing, marketing, staffing, vendor management, and commercial tenant relations.
Mr. Meister currently concentrates on ground-up residential development projects intended for both rental and for-sale housing. His core competencies include market analysis, underwriting, acquisitions, construction and property management, rehabilitation oversight, contract negotiation, and strategic repositioning. Renowned for his ability to identify high-potential, value-add opportunities, he consistently implements strategic capital improvements that maximize investment returns.
Actively involved in Florida’s real estate investment community, Mr. Meister frequently engages with fellow investors, business owners, and industry professionals ensuring he remains informed on emerging trends and opportunities.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University. His unique combination of technical acumen and real estate expertise brings a strategic, data-driven perspective to every project and venture he undertakes.
